PROOF OF OWNERSHIP:

1995 or newer:

• Copy of title from any state with your name or the name of your company printed on the front or
• Original title from any state with your name or the name of your company hand lettered and signatures of seller and buyer on the back and
  • You must obtain a title in your name or the name of your company (with your name or the name of your company printed on the front) or
  • Add one of our Title Products to your cart and we will obtain the title for you

1994 or older:

• Copy of title from any state with your name or the name of your company printed on the front or
• Original title from any state with your name or the name of your company hand lettered and signatures of seller and buyer on the back or
• Prior registration from any state with your name or the name of your company printed on the front or
• Notarized Bill of Sale with your name or the name of your company as a purchaser

If you are leasing:

1. Copy of lease agreement and
2. Copy of owner's (lessor's) title with the owners name printed on the front
