What types of trailers do you register?
We provide registration services for commercial trailers. Examples include: semi-trailers, boat trailers, horse trailers, utility trailers, enclosed trailers used to haul equipment or a vehicle, etc. We do NOT register any trailer that contains sleeping quarters.
Does a trailer need to be inspected to get a registration in Maine?
No, Maine does not require the trailer to be inspected to be registered.
Do I need a title to register my trailer in Maine?
If your trailer is 1994 or older it is title exempt in Maine. If your trailer is 1995 or newer it will need to have a title. If is already title in another state, then you do not need a Maine title.
How much do you charge for shipping?
USPS shipping is FREE! Expedited shipping services are offered during checkout and fees vary depending on your location and order size.
When will I get my plates?
Plates will be mailed USPS first class postage approximately 5-10 business days after we receive your documents and cleared payment.
When will I get my title?
Titles will be mailed from the State of Maine BMV in 6-8 weeks.
Do you offer expedited services?
We offer Expedited Services for some of our products. FedEx Overnight Service Is Available During Checkout.
Can I fax my Power of Attorney?
No, you must mail us an original signed and notarized Power of Attorney (POA).

What documents do I need for Proof Of Ownership?

Your trailer is 1995 or newer:
- Copy of title from any state with your name or the name of your company printed on the front or
- Original title from any state with your name or the name of your company hand lettered and signatures of seller and buyer on the back and
- You must obtain a title in your name or the name of your company (with your name or the name of your company printed on the front) or
- Add one of our Title Products to your cart and we will obtain the title for you
Your trailer is 1994 or older:
- Copy of title from any state with your name or the name of your company printed on the front or
- Original title from any state with your name or the name of your company hand lettered and signatures of seller and buyer on the back or
- Prior registration from any state with your name or the name of your company printed on the front or
- Notarized Bill of Sale with your name or the name of your company as a purchaser
You are leasing the trailer:
- Copy of lease agreement and
- Copy of owner's (lessor's) title with the owners name printed on the front
